The Kirkland Alliance of Neighborhoods (KAN) is a coalition of the City’s thirteen neighborhood associations. Our members include neighborhood chairs and designated representatives who meet monthly to share information on vital city-wide issues and events. As a collaborative partner, KAN provides an effective platform for communicating neighborhood concerns directly to the City of Kirkland.
